If you are able to view our test site–which has TLS 1.1 disabled–without errors, access to SAP Jam via your browser should not be impacted by this change, and no action is required. Automated tools which use SAP Jam API services ( like the available Jam plugins), may require explicit support of TLS 1.2 via configuration or library upgrades.
